PARALLEL OPERATION
The parallel control system is used in conjunction with electronic Electronic speed regulation (or High pressure common rail, HPCR) diesel generator sets to control two or more diesel generator sets to achieve automatic parallel operation. The control system adopts a leading intelligent controller as the core, combining modules such as automatic synchronizer, automatic load distributor, automatic voltage regulator, and a circuit breaker with an electronic release as the unit switch (main switch). This system has a series of functions such as automatic synchronization and parallel operation of the unit, automatic load distribution, automatic loading and unloading of parallel operation, reverse power protection, various fault protection of the oil engine, and load overload protection.
●Practicality: This system adopts one machine, one screen, and the unit can be used independently or in parallel.
●Easy to operate: fully automatic operation and Chinese or English (optional other languages) operating system, built-in fault detection function, simple peripheral circuit, less testing workload, saving traditional PLC programming trouble, reducing the professional requirements for operators, making it easy to operate and use.
●Small size: A single unit has parallel operation function.
●Easy maintenance: All modules in the controller system are produced by the same company and installed with plug-in stacking, which is safe and reliable. The controller integrates most of the previous peripheral relay logic circuits, with simple peripheral component circuits and low failure rates.
●Record all faults and operation processes, and can record up to 200 events that have occurred, making it convenient for maintenance personnel to check the faults and operation records that have occurred.
●More economical: Automatically allocate an appropriate number of units based on load size to avoid high-power units operating at low loads.
●Long service life: By using a rotating rest system, the utilization rate of each unit is reduced within the same power generation time.
●Strong reliability: Even during maintenance or troubleshooting, more than 50% of the power supply can be guaranteed.
●Preliminary investment is more economical: only the required power units need to be installed, and when expansion is needed in the future, additional units can be added.
